Vinitaly and the City is about to begin: are you ready to discover our performances and meetings calendar?

During the opening aperitivo on Friday the 7th, at Loggia di Fra’ Giocondo, we will introduce you the new president of I Love Italian Food: Sara Roversi, co-founder of You Can Group (a company specialized in helping to boost new start-up) and volcano of innovative food experience ideas.

On Saturday the 8th at 12.00 p.m., come to Loggia di Fra’ Giocondo to enjoy the cooking show by Cristian Bertol, one Michelin starred chef at Orso Grigio restaurant. On Saturday night discover the pizza gourmet by Renato Bosco, called also “the pizza-researcher” for his continuing desire of experimenting with preparations and cooking techniques, followed by a passionate interview with Nonino sisters, from the old established Grappa distillery: from 8 p.m. at Loggia di Fra’ Giocondo.

Sunday will be a rich cooking day. From 12.30 p.m., alway at Loggia di Fra’ Giocondo, come to see two Italian food bloggers, Giusy Locati and Alice Gorgatti, cooking shows, followed by the delicious gourmet panini by Daniele Reponi, popular chef for an Italian TV show “La Prova del Cuoco”. In the evening, it will be time to discover Lambrusco’s world together with the wine producer Claudio Cavicchioli and to taste the special pizza by Salvatore Lioniello, best pizza chef of Naples.

#MondayFunday (don’t you believe us?): at 5.30 p.m. I Love Italian Food will meet and interview Enrico Camelio, food and beverage manager and consultant, to talk about how the resaturants’ business is changing. For dinner, at 8 pm., come to enjoy a cooking show about bread making with the best Italian baker Marino Tanfoglio and his experiments with yeasts.

Last day (but not least). At 7.30 p.m. we will discover more about Franciacorta wine together with Vitaliano Tirrito from Terra Moretti Group. We will conclude our Live at Vinitaly and the City with the live cooking show by Annamaria Pellegrino, chef of the Italian Chefs Federation and president of the Italian Association Food Blogger.

Don’t forget to taste the Italian delicacies you’ll find at our 8 food points within the Piazza dei Signori in Verona: mortadella, pizza, focaccia, buffalo mozzarella, polenta with gorgonzola cheese, erbazzone, cured meat and Giglietti biscuits will be sorted.
