INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

strawberries, 5,3 oz
low-fat yogurt, 1/2 cup
brown sugar (optional), 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Wash and chop the strawberries, pour yogurt into the blender then and add strawberries.
I used a very sour yogurt so I added a tablespoon of brown sugar to make it less harsh. Add ice cubes to make it cooler.
