INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

sweet gorgonzola, 3,5 oz
pistachios, 2,8 oz
chestnut honey, 4 tbsp
puff pastry, 1 roll
fior di latte gelato, 17 oz

PROCEDURE

Combine gelato with soft gorgonzola in a glass or steel container, put it immediately in the freezer and leave it stand for at least 30 mins. In the meanwhile, unroll the puff pastry sheet, brushit with some water and sprinkle with refined sugar. Shape in thin strips and bake at 200° C. Serve gelato in small cocottes, sprinkled with minced pistachios with a tbsp of chestnut honey. Garnish with sugared strips of puff pastry.
