INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Carrots, 25oz
Honey, 1oz
Extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp
Garlic, 2 cloves
Chilli pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Rosemary, to taste
Sage, to taste

PROCEDURE

Wash the carrots, peel and cut them into oblique chunks.
Transfer the carrots in a baking tray, add salt, rosemary, sage, honey, chilli pepper and garlic, then stir well. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 428 °F, with the oven turned on conventional (static) mode.
Serve immediately and garnish with rosemary and sage leaves.
