puff pastry, 1 roll
olives, 2,5 oz
egg yolk, 1
grated cheese, 1,7 oz

PROCEDURE

Unroll the pastry and cut into two parts. With the mixer chop the olives and lie them on one half of the pastry adding a part of Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and overlap the two sides of the puff pastry making the sides stick very well. Cut the pastry into strips; while holding one hand and twirling the other, roll up and press the sides.
Take the egg yolk and brush the breadsticks with it, add the remaining cheese and bake at 180° for the first 15 minutes. For another 5 minutes the temperature should be increased to 190°.
