I Love Italian Food was commissioned by the Pontifical Council for Culture to create a food experience during the meeting dedicated to the Italian press “The courtyard of journalists” that will be held on September 25 2013 at the Temple of Hadrian.
During the day the top player of the Italian communication sector will confront each other in front of an audience made up of the main national stakeholders.
I Love Italian Food will delight the palates of all participants with a food experience halfway between innovation and tradition, where one can discover and taste dishes created around three Italian classics: the Culatello, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano.
