Educating, tasting and promoting<\/i> are the keywords of The Italian Show. For this reason, during the day it will be possible to take part in Masterclasses at the Pizza Academy\u00a0<\/b>run by Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, Tasting Lounge<\/b>\u00a0with the best pizza makers and local chefs from FIC UK, \u00a0Mixology Classes <\/b>of Italian Spirits\u00a0<\/b>at the Bar Station\u00a0<\/b>and Wine Tastings<\/b>\u00a0in the Italian Enoteca area.<\/p>\n

In addition, a Walk-around Exhibition area<\/b> will be set up, where visitors can get in touch with F&B producers and protection consortia, taste products and network.<\/p>\n

The Italian Pizza Show will also host the decade-old PAPA Awards<\/b>\u00a0Competitions<\/b>, organised by The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association. Pizza and pasta professionals in the UK will compete for victory in a number of different award categories.<\/p>\n
