INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
chicken breast , 10,2 Oz
Red chicory – radicchio , 7 Oz
Shelled walnuts, 1,8 Oz
White wine , 2-3 Tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tablespoons
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and remove any visible fat in order to greatly reduce the amount of saturated fats. Your recipe will become richer in unsaturated fats thanks to extra virgin olive oil and nuts.
Wash and cut the red radicchio.
Put in a wok two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and add the radicchio.
Mix quickly and add 2-3 tablespoons of white wine.
Add the chicken pieces and mix.
Cook with closed lid for about 10-15 minutes, by strirring every other minute.
Add chopped walnuts, continue to stir for a minute over high heat.
