Are you up for a quick summer snack?

150 g of cooked prawns
15 asparagus
1 roll of puff pastry

All you need is a roll of puff pastry, prawns and asparagus. Shell the prawns, peel and cook the asparagus for a few minutes until they become tender, then unroll the puff pastry on your working top and cut out 15 rectangles.

Put an asparagus and a prawn over each rectangle and roll the pastry inwards. Cook for 15 minutes in a hot oven at 200°.
