I Love Italian Food and ALMA – Scuola internazionale di cucina italiana are glad to present the 100per100 Italian recipes project, the series of videos about the most loved Italian dishes abroad.
The project was born with the desire to explain the 100per100 Italian recipes that represent the Italian food heritage with a video format.
I Love Italian Food, through a poll, has asked to their community what are the best dishes of Italian cuisine.
After a month of voting has been chosen the 10 most voted recipes:

To maintain a view of collaboration, also Liceo Chierici Istituto d’Arte of Reggio Emilia has participated at the project. With their students has filmed all the recipes.
